Monarch King
You can only Xyz Summon this card by using a "Cyber Dragon Infinity" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects. During either player's turn, when a monster(s) would be summoned OR when a card or effect is activated: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, negate the Summon or activation, and if you do, banish that card. Toffee.
So... Why is this weaker then Infinity?
Monarch King
So... Why is this weaker then Infinity? It's not because it cannot be targeted (so gg with Breakthrough Skill) or destroyed (Raigeki after negate 3 things? not)..and its effect is not once per turn like Infinity's. With all these, who cares about the missing "attach material" clause.. :v

Monarch King
Cause then it's not OP. Anyway, I prefer to have this in my 1st turn than the simple Infinity.
