Dova
Good to see this again! Gonna comment on each one and fix up some OCG for ya ^^ Username: Archy When you Special Summon "Username: Kirbopher": You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is sent to the graveyard: Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower "Username:" monster from your Graveyard except "Username: Archy". Nice graveyard Summoning effect, really helps with the low swarming of the Archetype. I think the first effect would still be fine if it could be Special Summon from the Graveyard and hand. Username: Asterrob Whenever this monster battles an opponent's monster: Place 1 Data Counter on this card (max. 5). If this card has 5 Data Counters ion it: You may remove all Data Counters from this card and target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy all other monsters your opponent controls. I wish it had some DEF boosting effect, because it's not that hard to get over this monster, especially when your opponent can just bounce or pop it. Perhaps also lower the amount of Data Counters required? Username: Elecscope If you control no monsters and your opponent controls at least 1 card, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned: Flip 1 face-down monster your opponent controls into face-up defense position. Flip effects are not activated at this time. First effect is neat for swarming, second effect is rather lackluster. I see the idea behind it, but I feel a more powerful direction could be taken. Username: Hyperlynx Wile you control a face up "Username: Elescope" you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned: Look at 1 face down spell or trap card your opponent controls, then, set it face down again. I feel the first effect is not archetypal enough, requiring too much on having exactly the right cards in your hand. Second effect is again, lackluster. Then again this is casuals so we can leave it at that. Username: Granda If you control a face up "Username: T-Bones": You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. This is the kinda of swarm this deck needs so much! I would say this is abusable, but again, Casual Cards, so it's fine as is. Requiring one card so it's not too powerful. Username: T-Bones If you control a face up "Username: Granda", your opponent's monsters may not target any monster you control for attacks except this one. Protection isn't too good, being easy to get around, but certainly helps protecting your weaker monsters. Perhaps a buff in DEF if you control 3 or more Username monsters? Username: Ravenfreak Once per turn: You can discard 1 card, then target 1 monster on the field; this card's name, ATK, DEF, Level, and effect become the same as that target's until the end of this turn. I think a bit more buffing can go around to most of the cards. I really like how similar the cards are with the series. Username: Rockoon Once per turn: You can discard 1 card, then target 1 card on the field; Destroy it. I felt that Spell/Trap and Monster could be simplified to just "Card". Interesting effect, wish it had some of the swarms the rest had. Username: Sniperwheel When this card is Summoned: You can discard 1 card; If you do, this card gains 500 ATK. At the start of your Standby Phase: Place 1 Charge Counter (max. 2) on this card. You can remove 2 Charge Counters from this card and target 1 monster and 1 Spell/Trap on the field: Destroy them. I feel this effect works, nice choice. I see a discarding theme going on here; Maybe you could play on that with the mechanics? Username: Kirbopher If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card cannot attack the turn it is Summoned this way. A simple little spammy card. I see an opportunity for some synergy with Zetto Username: Flamegirl If you control a face up "Username: Alpha", you may Normal Summon this card without a tribute. I feel this card is slow, considering how hard Alpha is to get out (see below). Perhaps Special Summon? Even then, it's still too focused. Username: Alpha This card is always treated as Fairy-Type in addition to its other types. If this card and no other "Username:" monsters are in your graveyard: You can discard 1 "Username:" monster; Special Summon this card. You can not activate this effect wile you control a face up "Username: Alpha [Demonic]". Again, I really want a theme with effects on discard to activate Username monster's effects. This card is really hard to bring out, due to the fact that you probably won't be able to get it in the grave alone early game, let alone late game. Will comment on the rest later. Nice to see you back in CC, Woloa!
Woloa
Update: Made Alpha, Flamegirl and Hyperlinx easier to summon and applied all wording fixes. (thanks man.) Also, if I could ask: What direction do you feel Elescope should be taken?
Dova
Sorry for the late reply, internet had issues. For Elecscope, I would suggest a draw effect (Perhaps a draw if summoned while you control another Username: monster, considering how much the deck relies on hand advantage) or just plain support, considering how much most of the monsters rely not on the archetype but on a corresponding card.Shadow Guard BeastI feel this should have a (This card is treated as a "Username:" monster) at the bottom of the card, considering cards like Summoned Skull got away with it and the card is difficult to bring out as is.Username: NylockeThis card is always treated as Dragon-Type in addition to its other types. If another "Username:" monster you control attacks or is attacked, it gains 500 ATK until the end of the Damage Step. When a level 3 or lower "Username:" monster you control is attacked by an opponent's monster and would be destroyed by battle: You can target the attacked monster and the attacking monster; Special Summon this card (from your hand), and, if you do, monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle this turn (including the targeted monster you control) and take Damage equal to the opponent's targeted monster's ATK.Effect was hard to word, but I think I managed to write what you came across. Nice to see some more support for Usernames as a whole, although I wish the protection extended to all Username monsters, and the ATK boost applied to himself as well. I really like the "dual type" thing you have going on with the main characters. Perhaps Flamegirl can also be Spellcaster (Because that's her class in the series) and Gamecrazed can be Fiend or Machine?)Username: GamecrazedYou can Normal Summon this card with 1 Tribute by Tributing a Level 5 or higher "Username:" monster. Once per turn: This card can not be destroyed by battle or by card effects. Once per turn, when a "Username" monster you control attacks or is attacked and would be destroyed by battle: You can discard 1 card; Neither player takes any damage from that battle, also monsters cannot be destroyed by battle during that Damage Step.Neat effect. Much more powerful than the rest; I like it. Hard to bring out, again, and reminds me of the discarding theme you have going on. Maybe allow it to be Tribute Summoned by Tributing any Username monster?Username: ZettoYou can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Tributing 1 face-up "Username: Kirbopher" you control. At the start of your Main Phase 1, and when this card is Summoned, place 1 Chi Counter on this card (max 3). At the start of your Battle Phase; You can remove all Chi Counters from this card and apply the appropriate effect(s), depending on the number of counters removed:1 Counter: This card gains 500 ATK until the end of the Phase2 Counters: Target up to 2 cards your opponent controls: Destroy the first target and return the second target (if any) to the hand.3 Counters: Destroy all face up cards your opponent controls. You can no longer place Chi Counters on this card.Added a "When Summoned" effect to the Chi Counters, because I felt the counter placing took too long to work, and a counter should be given in case you want to use his effect immediately. Nice way of using his effects, by the way.Username: KizunaWhile you control a face-up "Username: Zetto", this card can be Normal Summoned without Tributing and cannot be destroyed by card effects. This has an excellent combo with Zetto. Not too powerful, not too weak. I like the combination.Username: Alpha [Demonic]Can not be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (From your hand or Deck) by Tributing 1 "Username: Alpha" you control while it is equipped with "The Forbidden Power". Once per turn: This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. During each of your End Phases: Pay 1000 life points or send this card to the Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard wile you control a face up "Username: Flamegirl" equipped with "Antivirus Program": Special Summon 1 "Username: Alpha" from your graveyard. Not much to say here. Buffed the Summoning effect a little, but otherwise seems fine. The last effect is situational, but I guess its balanced out.Username: Zetto [Demonic]Can not be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (From your hand or Deck) by Tributing 1 "Username: Zetto" you control while it is equipped with "The Forbidden Power". Once per turn: This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. During each of your End Phases: Pay 1000 life points or send this card to the GraveyardAgain, seems fine, I wish it had a little extra effect on the end. But, then again, true to the series, so it works fine.I like the monsters. Moving on to the Spell/Traps later.
Woloa
I needed to write Nylocke's effect the way I did to make sure it couldn't be used by Ravenfreak or Rockoon as that would make no sense and Gamecrazed is already easy to summon due to Kirbopher. Otherwise, the fixes you suggested have been applied. thank you.
0PxPz0
why no softi (is that how they spelled it?) card?
Woloa
The set isn't finished yet, if a character doesn't have a card it's because I can't think of a good effect for them yet.
