What. How would this even work? You'd need to use a pen and paper or some very good memory skills to keep track of what is sent, and then... do the cards return to the Graveyard? What if something is Castel'd? I have no idea what this is supposed to be doing, all it would really cause is a huge headache in terms of application to each individual instance of removal, and a lot of rulings that would otherwise have no need to exist.

Feels like what he wanted to do is prevent tutors / cards like Reborn Tengu etc. etc. from triggering when removed from the field. So if something would be sent to the Graveyard, this card shuffles it into the Deck instead, but sends it back in the EP.

Yeah, it doesn't really do much other than stopping lolbattletutors, given that the best tutors (Shadolls) would still trigger if the card sends them to the location in the EP where they should have gone in the first place.

The card is confusing and overly complicated. First of all, it would make sense if it was a Continuous Spell/Trap, and yet it's a Quick-Play, but it doesn't state the duration of the "spin until the end of the next turn" effect (until the End Phase, until the end of the next turn, etc.); so, at it stands, technically the spinning effect would remain for the rest of the duel.

Then, the effect of putting cards in the Deck to send them to the original destination later can be problematic, in part because of game mechanics and rulings. For instance, let's say you have only 1 copy of X monster in your Deck, which is spun into the Deck by this card's effect, and then before the spinning effect ends, you somehow remove it from the Deck (by drawing it, Summoning it, etc.); at that point you would be forced to show your Deck to the opponent to confirm the spun card is not there anymore, and well, that translates to knowledge for the opponent, which certainly is not a cool thing for you to happen.

Or, if you instead have 2+ copies, one of them is spun, and before the effect ends you get 1 copy of those cards out of the deck, how can you confirm the opponent that it's not the same copy that got spun into the Deck earlier, or if the spun copy is still in the Deck?

And while some of these issues can be solved with a better card grammar and/or PSCT, it will be better if you first explain how this card is intended to work in order to proceed with fixes.

Guys probably i have not written the effect correctly, i mean the effect of "shuffle any monster to the deck when it leaves the field" is active until the end of the next turn. Monsters that are shuffled into the deck do not return to their original destinations when the effect of this card ends.
