One of this card's problems is basically finding a Deck that utilizes both Types.

You could use Extra Deck monsters to do things, but as a whole, doesn't seem very productive on this card.

 

I would probably say you could get away with just limiting things to just hard OPT on both effects (you can use them both, but only once that turn on each), however since you're given the option to SS high Level monsters from the Deck, can probably see why. 

 

I don't know; it sounds good on paper, but factor in the amount of Decks that can feasibly run both Types (without running into consistency issues) and it feels like something that won't see play (at least not until Konami makes a Deck that runs both, or even you).
