For the monster lineup, you really need to go back and reconsider the potency of a lot of these effects; especially considering how dang easy they are to summon and swarm the field. One turn would utterly destroy the opponent in terms of cards they have on the field and in hand. To help mitigate this, you really should be giving them a Dragon Ruler clause: You can only use 1 "______" effect per turn, and only once that turn. Being able to use both effects and having no hard OPT makes these cards bonkers; especially when you're opening R9 plays like Enterblathnir. Frick, I can only imagine the hand-hate loops you could do with Anathema and Enterblathnir that would make Gishkis cry. You should also better differentiate what each tuner does; you have two that revive different ones from the grave, and overall they kind of do very similar things in the grave effects. They need to be better differentiated and given proper niches and applications for variety in play.

Dirge is alright, but there's an issue with his effect that needs to be addressed: The point of banishing cards F/D is that the information on the banished card is not public knowledge; effects such as banishing already F/D cards or banishing from the top of the deck help keep that information from being public knowledge. It's not something that immediately needs to be addressed, but it should be noted. The effect should also read: banish 1 face-down card, then banish 1 face-up card face-down.

Also, I would consider changing that effect. I'm not a fan of encroaching on the niche of other cards in a given pool, and considering how small the R9 pool is already, I don't think you should be making Enterblathnir suddenly obsolete in the area of non-targeting removal. It hurts strategic plays because instead of having different options of cards that do different things; you just have two cards that do something very similar, but one's a lot better. Not really encouraging for strategic environments.

Again, the problem with Hylios, and actually a lot of this deck in general, is that you're over-saturating the removal effects way too much. 5/6 of your cards remove cards your opponent controls in some way; most of them non-targeting. Not only do you need to tone down the strength of the removal effects themselves, but you need to just straight get rid of most of them; have 1 or 2 cards that remove at most I would say. Going so heavy in removal is really bad for the deck and for the game; because you're opening up way too many opportunities for this deck to just straight play as "Get rid of every card the opponent has and basically win". In its current state right now; it's bonkers.

Huh, coulda sworn I put a hard OPT on all these. I can see your point, though, but in all honesty these things take a while to actually work. They all need 3+ tuners in grave, which means that you'd need to go second, have a hand of 6 tuners, and ss 3 of these by their own effects, and then keep that grave set-up. I mean yeah, they're wicked powerful after they get going, but if they can't then they're toast. I will apply a hard OPT, and perhaps I'll tone down some of the destruction.

For the banishing FD thing, there is psy-frame Overload, which is a targeting fd banishing thing. Perhaps I could change it to a targeting thing?

I do admit, these things are pretty similar, and the power is p big, but they need setup and maintenance of said setup to stay good.

Changes I'll make:

  • Hard OPTs for everyone
  • Diff effs to fill niches
  • Maybe a maintenance cost?
  • Targeting on Dirge
  • Maybe a lil tone-down
