Yeah this is an insanely powerful card that only needs for viable targets to exist to be bonkers. This card is the reason why there aren't that many Level 1 and 2 Psychics. I seriously can't wait for a legit deck to use this, but I really don't know about Kozmo. I would try it but I don't have the money.

This card has the potential to be insane, but Konami has luckily made sure that nothing has been done to make this card too abusable. With that said, this card can do funny things in Kozmo but it sucks anywhere else. If you can't get a consistent Tincan, then it's a clear dead card. It's also limited to summoning Tincans and Strawmen, and they both have hard OPTs. Even Soul Charge, which is sheet in Kozmo, does better than this card as a whole if the point is to release a bunch of Kozmos from the Graveyard.

Once per turn, during the End Phase: You can pay 500 LP; reveal 3 "Kozmo" cards with different names from your Deck, your opponent randomly picks 1 for you to addto your hand, and you send the rest to the Graveyard.

Once per turn: You can pay 500 LP, then target 1 of your banished "Kozmo" monsters; Special Summon it, but its effects are negated, also destroy it during the End Phase.

My mistake. Now that changes my opinion in a way. For now, I want to see results of how consistent a Tincan play is to properly evaluate this.

Every subsequent play will statistically become more likely to succeed. I would honestly start trying things like BLS and CED to deal with the Nat Beast, and other problem with Kozmo being linear. It's not FarmGirl.deck anymore Tin Can and Straw Man are the perfect avenues to perfect Chaos Kozmo
