Trinity Impact

Spell Card

During your Main-Phase 1: activate this card while you control exactly 3 monsters. Target 1 monster you control: increase the targeted monsters ATK equal to half of the combined ATK of all other monsters you control, then, it gains the following effect:

* When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle: inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the destroyed monsters ATK.

During the turn this card was activated: all monsters you control excepted the targeted monster cannot attack during the Battle-Phase. You can only activate "Trinity Impact" once per turn.

One thing is you can just have it say "Only the targeted monster can attack this turn" or something like that as opposed to the needlessly wordy way you've phrased it there. That aside, this is extremely weak, really. Requiring exactly 3 is odd, the name isn't a reference to anything in particular I'm aware of and it seems a strange way to have a pseudo-Riryoku go.

It's actually weaker than Riryoku in most ways, because with Riryoku you can basically DRXD any monster your opponent controls, whereas this needs you to have 3 on board and weaken your own stuff to power one up. It's like every deck has a spell version of Deskbot 009, and that's not particularly useful. If only for getting over huge monsters it has application, but then Riryoku or something you make from the 3 monsters on the board could surely deal with that same threat.

Basically I don't see where this would go. To be worthwhile it would need a full Flare Wingman burn and really probably give the monster it targets a Utopia Lightning clause for the turn so the play actually goes through. That may give it some stupid applications I'm ignoring but from what I can think of at the moment no deck would use this, bar maybe Yosenjus but they don't need it particularly.
