This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls, once each. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent, gain LP equal to half the amount of damage your opponent took. You cannot Summon monsters, except Fiend-Type monsters. This effect cannot be negated. Lore: This card is used to Ritual Summon "Vampiric Berserker Fiend Darcreith". You must also banish monsters from your hand or Graveyard whose total levels exactly equal 10. During your opponent's Battle Phase: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Ritual Monster you control; conduct battle between it and the face-up monster your opponent controls with the lowest ATK (your choice, if tied) (this is a Quick Effect). Mostly meant as a damn strong beatstick with regenerative properties. Also searchable by Pre-Preparation of Rites, so there's a thought. CnC?
