The Highlander Posted January 23, 2016 Report Share Posted January 23, 2016 The first effect is interesting (of the last 2, the very first one is simply a good way to make it summonable and fit into the deck), making ranking up faster and allowing to turn a revolution falcon into an ultimate falcon or more importantly a force strix into a satellite cannon falcon.The second effect seems kind of unnecessary ... yes you could turn a revolution falcon into a level 8 synchro or a strix into a level 6, but meh it is much investment for too little payoff.I would suggest changing the last effect to manipulate levels by 1 or 2 and thus allow plays for monster like black rose dragon or trishula.In any case an interesting card.
