Trying to balance anime cards, is this enough?

[spoiler=Lore]When this card is activated: Each player can add 1 Normal Spell Card from their Deck to their hand, but you cannot activate cards, or the effects of cards, with the same as the one you added until the end of the next turn. You cannot activate other Spell Cards the turn you activate this card. Each player can activate 1 Normal Spell Card as a Quick-Play Spell Card. Each Player can only use this effect of "Spell Sanctuary" once per Duel. During your second Standby Phase after this card's activation, destroy this card.

1. set a card which severely limits you but also gives you field/hand plus

2. activate this card

3. on opponents turn activate that set card so you are unaffected by debuffs

4. profit

5. ??????

 

On a more serious note, I like how you tried to make the anime version playable. I think you balanced it out quite nicely, but I think that the Spell Limitation on adding a spell is unrequired, considering your opponent gets to do whatever on this turn, but that there should be OPT on the addition. I also do not see why it has to be destroyed.

On the card you added has to be somehow restricted, you could simply add raigeki and use it on your opponents turn, which is insane thats why the card has to be anti spell fragranced.
There is no need for a OPT clause if you cannot activate other spells that turn (this was to prevent pendulums to abuse this).
Cards like this cant come to the game as they are in the anime, but i didnt want this to become a disapointment like card of demise either.
And why the self destruct?
1) cards like triver exist (talking about bouncing effects), and cards worse than triver will be made, trying to avoid loops.
2) so the players have limited time to use the quick effect, probably the game will end before that anyways, also after both have used it (if the game still goes) will be a dead card (which makes point 1 alive).
