DoctorMiracle
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Tour_of_Doom Effect:During your opponent's Standby Phase, toss a coin. ● Heads: Your opponent cannot Normal Summon or Flip Summon until the End Phase. ● Tails: You cannot Normal Summon or Flip Summon during your next turn. Story time: I was going to find a good card to support my Resonator deck (advice would be helpful to by the way) but stumbled upon this weird thing. In practice, it probably shouldn't be used in a deck. In ways in making your opponents scream sometimes as some decks require normal summons to chain special summons would make this a weird tech.Discuss below. IQuitDolphin
If this card wasn't a coin flip, this card would be ridiculously strong, since a lot of decks rely on their Normal Summon to get things going.

玄魔の王
Was better in the anime when it also stopped Special Summons.
Draconus297
Ah, luck-based cards. Because sometimes we need gambling in our children's card games. But seriously, this is a ridiculous gamble card, as you have a 50/50 chance of damning yourself with how necessary the Normal Summon is in certain Decks. I don't know why, but I thought of the Mario Party 4 Bowser mini games when I saw this (Darts of Doom, Balloon of Doom, Fruits of Doom)
