When you destroy an opponent's monster by battle and send it to the graveyard, you can special summon this card from your hand. This card is unaffected by your opponent's monsters effect. When this card battles an opponent's monster that has a higher levels and/or higher ATK than this card, destroy that card instead.

If an opponent's monster is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Unaffected by your opponent's monster effects. When this card battles an opponent's monster with a higher Level or ATK than this card: Destroy it.

 

As-is, this card does too much for the minimal effort you need in bringing it out. All you need to do is kill a non-Pendulum in battle, then you can SS this card and run over anything you choose. Yes, S/T removal exists but being a 3K Catastor on legs coupled with monster immunity is pushing it; most one can do outside of that is suicide a Level 9 or lower 3000 ATK monster into this. 

 

Remove the SS effect and change its monster immunity to either targeting / non-targeting effects as opposed to blanket immunity.

Hmm... how about if I change that card become XYZ monster rank 9?

of course I'll remove the ss effect...

Once per turn you can detach 1 XYZ material from this card, this turn when this card battles an opponent's monster that has a higher ATK than this card: Destroy it.
