This card cannot attack. Once per Chain, during either player's turn; You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; immediately Xyz Summon 1 Level 9 Machine-Type Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck, by using this card as the Xyz Material. Other r9 machine monsters are either Dyson sphere C Number gimmick puppets. So realistically it has to be Dyson Sphere or Fortress.
