jackelgull
If this card is sent to the graveyard by the effect of a "Lightsworn" card; add it to your hand. Once per turn you may activate one of these effects.-Special summon a level 4 or lower Lightsworn monster from your graveyard; it cannot declare a attack this turn, -Return up to three spell or trap cards in your graveyard to your deck; draw one card. This came about when I thought to myself - every archetype deserves a field spell that advances what it does. So I asked myself, what does a Lightsworn field spell need to do? And the answer is work with the fact that the lightsworns mill cards to the same degree that Donald Trump blows money. So I present to you the Citadel of the Lightsworn, which recycles itself, as well as monsters, spells and traps. I wonder what people think of this card? Underwhelming? Is the monster effect too strong? Should I change the spell effect so you can add one spell or trap in the grave to the hand instead?
Dova
Let's compare this card with the current field spell with the Lightsworns: Not much to compare really. The current one just gives ATK boosts and protects itself. Not really what they had in mind when they invented Lightsworns, and who really runs it? But the question is, is this card better? I would say most definitely yes. Milled that Raigeki and double Reasoning? Shuffle them back in. Mill this card? Add it to your hand. Get your Raiden torrentialed? Summon him back. Is this card overpowered? No. MST is a thing, and the level restriction limits it. Nice work. I really like this card.
