This monster cannot be normal summoned or set. This monster can only be special summoned by tributing 2 Dinosaur-type monsters. This monster can only attack first during your opponent's battle phase. Whenever this monster attacks you must pay 500 life points.

It's fairly terrible pal. Nothing but Evols got summon this and there's no reason to. It's just a big beatstick with, for some reason, restrictions on its ability to battle. Like it can only do one thing and its only effect is a drawback to doing so. I don't get what the idea was, or how attacking during your opponent's battle phase would even work.

I would agree with him, this mechanic does not exist. You could change it that you opponent's monsters have to attack this card, which could bring out good potential in a true dinosaur monster. It would not be meta breaking if you took away the 500 life points for attacking. So ill give this card a 6/10.
