Make it be "Tyretian, the (something you think is appropriate) Monarch. Also please make it Psychic-Type.

WIND - Level 6 - Psychic/Effect - 2400/1000

If this monster is Tribute Summoned, reduce the ATK of 1 monster on the field to 0. This monster can be Tributed for a Tribute Summon the same turn it is Tribute Summoned.

For clarification, does the second effect give you an additional Tribute Summon the turn you Tribute Summon it? And is the first effect continuous or it actually activates but just has bad PSCT?

I should fix the PSCT on it eventually, but yes it does activate, and yes it gives you a second Normal Summon, as long as you specifically Tribute it.

 

Dammit Draco. Stop making awesome cards. Anyway... Lets try a level 5 or higher main deck aqua-type monster.

If you control another Spellcaster-Type monster, your opponent must target that monster for attacks and effects. During each of your Standby Phases, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the combined ATK of all Spellcaster-Type monsters you control, except "Walker of Silence".

Thought I replied to this. O.o Simple card, maybe too good? idk how many things want a 6 roll so yeah.

 

You should totally make a card for Maractus, yeah, good luck.

Maractus

EARTH - Level 3 - Plant/Effect - 1300/900

Negate the effects of all WATER monsters. When a WATER monster attacks, increase this monster's ATK and DEF by the ATK and DEF of that monster. A monster that battles this monster is destroyed at the end of the Battle Phase.

 

Wasn't too difficult, actually. Two of its three abilities hate on Water-Types (Water Absorb and Storm Drain), and then the usual cactus stuff.

This card can be treated as a Ritual Spell Card for the Ritual Summon of any Ritual monster. This monster cannot leave the field or be targeted by effects as long as you control a Spellcaster-Type monster.

I've seen some really cool cards in here, think you could make a Fluffal/Frightfur (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Fluffal) support card? Preferably a spell.

This monster inflicts piercing Battle Damage. A monster that battles this monster has its effects negated.

 

Astaroth has always seemed more like a golem, so Ashlotte now specifically hard-counters the golem Deck hard.
