Appearance: He is a regular teen. He has a tanned skin color, amber eyes, a scar beneath his left eye and a noticeable fang on the right side of his mouth. He wears special bullet-proof black hoodie, t-shirt, and jeans with some special light durable "Metrionius" sneakers. He also wears a holster from the right side of his belt in which he has his Springfield XDm 4.5" and a strap attached to his sniper he keeps on his back. He has his knife hidden in his other jean pocket. He has a backpack in which he has medical supplies, ammo, a flare gun and flares, some flashlights and some miscellaneous items. He wears some special gravity modifying fingerless gloves which he has spikes attached to the knuckles to stab people with. He has some night vision goggles too, but usually leaves them in his backpack since they blind you if your hit with light. He also wears some skull shaped ear buds which he uses to ignore the world around him.

Personality: A quick witted teen who smiles half the time, he is quick to make a joke or make some idiotic comment to make other happy. Although he may not sound like it he would gladly pull out his gun to shoot a family member's replica considering he "hates" his family (explained below). For some reason though, when he has a gun in hand, or has a threat before him, he becomes an emotionless killer, who will shoot, stab or just plain massacre the enemy. Although barely revealed he those have a dark side. When he is reminded of some of the horrible things from his past he quickly goes berserk, and attacks the nearest enemy, most of the time even destroying the enemies corpse to finish unleashing his rage. Even though most people describe him as insane, he thinks of himself as a, quote, "Hero of those oppressed by rules and suffering!" This usually leads him into some drastically dangerous situations. Although he acts like an average person he can be highly manipulative, and strategic. He likes to hide this due to the trouble it brought him back at his school years.

Weapon Type: He uses an Accuracy International L115A3 sniper rifle, a benchmade 8600bk knife, and his signature gun, the Springfield XDm 4.5" 9mm handgun. He also uses his arm (shown below) to fight, but usually never.

This is an incredibly upgraded mechanical arm hidden in Luke's hoodie and t-shirt. It was given to him after having lost his arm during a hunting trip due to an infection (or better said avoiding one). It has been modified to the point that it has machine guns, rockets and, of course, a high density plasma blade created from a "Nuke Energizer Mega Engine MK II" which was made in his own time-space place thing. It is made of a special metal called "Metrionius" which can withstand a nuclear powered mana blast with a minor scratch at most (same doesn't go for the user unfortunately). It also gives him the strength to lift 30 tons.

Biography: The second son to an ex-military father, he was always a rebellious kid. He had a rough childhood because he had to deal with his excessively insane father who always made him and his brother survive never ending onslaughts of different training situations. He was always bugged by his father to be more like his serious brother. He always proved to be awesomely talented to his father, but he didn't care. Luke had a hard experience at school because of his military family. This lead to cruel treatment and a semi-aggressive nature. He became a sniper expert at the age of 7 because of him having to be transferred to a special school for gunners. He was critiqued by his father for being a sniper because he hated cowards.

 

One day during an annual hunting trip with his family, he had to cut off his left hand to avoid having an infection kill him. When he returned he got a robotic hand  which he continuously upgrades with weapons (like small machine guns and rockets). He uses it to fight by punching people or shooting them. Later on he killed his brother due to having been drugged by his "best friend", who was actually an enemy soldier who was trying to kill Luke's father. This led to Luke being hunted down for 3 months, until it was proven that he had been drugged, and the charges were dropped. Luke then secretly assassinated the enemy soldier. He then had to deal with the memories of killing his brother, but avenged his brother's secret wish, be happy and have some fun. One day, during yet another annual hunting trip, he fell in a small, as he called it, "time-space void thing" in which he was sent into the barren wasteland of this world. He grabbed all of the stuff that was spilled from his backpack, from the hunting trip, and his guns, and gets ready to survive his release from a hell of a life.

Race: Nuclear Mutated Dragonic Teen.

Appearance:

A teenage guy with brunette hair, fangs, a red gauntlet arm thing, black wings and a pale skin tone. He wears a pair of gray jeans, black jacket with white details, a red t-shirt. He wears black converse all stars and a black fingerless glove with  a white crescent moon symbol on his right hand. He also wears an altered nuclear version. This one is the same as the original but in a different color. It's a neon green jacket with black details and a forest smoke black shirt. He keeps his gray jeans and wears neon green converse all stars. He also wears his black glove but this time they have green bio-hazard symbols on his hand. He has a red arm with a green emerald and golden spikes at the end of his arm. When horribly enraged he transforms into his Juggernaut Drive mode, which allow him to transform into an armored dragon form. He keeps a special blade handle called called the Blade Maker that creates special blades from it which he can use to fight. He also has a special pair of black sneakers with a green star that allow him to fly without his wings, for tight situations which won't allow him to fly.

 

Personality: A nice guy with a dark personality. He is a good guy with chaos in his blood. He hates most humans because of his bad experience with scientists and militants. He still attempts to make friends even with all the difficulties of his past and his monstrous appearance. He is usually a prankster and a joker. He loves pizza, hamburgers and sushi, which is his weakness, other than of course the radiation from his arm. He is easily outwitted but makes up for this with his berserk attack style, and with his ability to cook. He is hard to trick but is ironically great at manipulating other people's emotions. His main strategy is to hurt the enemy psychologically then destroy them physically, which he loves to do. His mentally unstable due to the time he spent underground, trapped, and attacked by different people. Specter's main mental faculties are gone, so he doesn't think much about strategic things. Overall he is a loving kid who protects his friends no mattter what. He has a weakness for nice people, due to him trying to befriend them.

Weapon Type: Genetically Altered Nuclear Gauntlet And Special Blade-creating sword handle

Weapon Details:  Burst Buster Gauntlet! - A special genetically altered arm with the ability to create and manipulate nuclear energy. It can modify the user's generic structure at the cost of powerful thermal, nuclear and electrical currents running through the user, with the risk of death, or permanent mutation. It can create  nuclear blasts, energy shields and it can materialize objects out of nuclear energy. It has been around since Specter's 13th birthday when he was hit by the nuclear radiation of the power plant explosion. (think of the boosted gear from dxd)

 

 Blade Maker - A special blade handle made by an ancient bladesmith. He wanted to make the ultimate sword, but failed at making the blade. One day an old man came up to the bladesmith and told him to concentrate all his emotion into the handle. The smith did as he was told, and by the power of the gods, a powerful light formed above the handle, creating a powerful blade. Since then, the blade has been passed down for millennia among knights until it reached Specter's hands.

Biography: He was born with a genetic mutation on his left arm, giving him a red, hard as titanium, arm. He was the son of the main mechanic at his city nuclear power plant. One day during a trip to the plant with his father, the plant overloaded with all the employees and Specter inside. Most people made it out injured, but Specter came out with a genetic "error". The nuclear radiation caused his already genetically altered arm to become more mutated. The radiation also modified his body with wings. When his family found him, they got rid of him, because of how he looked. This lead to him leaving. He was taken in by a scientist who thought Specter was the greatest example of humanities evolution, because of his mutations. Specter went along, just because he wanted to avoid getting attacked by the scientist or tested on.

 

During a special meeting with his new "father" he found out that he was going to be used for experimentation. This angered him so much he went on a rampage and unleashed nuclear energy to destroy them. He then left the rubble of the now non-existent building. He then became a famous person and was hunted down by many government agencies like the FBI and CIA. Specter lived around for a long time, having noticed when young that his body had lost it's ability to age. He learned during his long life how to use his abilities which he gained from his nuclear radiation, like flight, nuclear blasts and super speed and strength. He spent his life learning how to hone his skills and how to fight with a variety of weapons. Specter joined his nation's army and fought as a super weapon until he was captured and trapped underground for years, until the present. There he awoke to find out about his world having become a battlefield. He hated this and hid until he saw the other people and decided to join them.

Name: Ace Shinigami (Subject Zero/ aka Project 001)

Race: Golem

Appearance: A pale young teenager. he wears a black t-shirt and jeans with some sneakers. He has messy black hair, bright blue eyes and noticeable fangs. He usually has his Oblivion (explained below) on him. On the back of his left hand he has a scar shaped like a star, while on his right arm he has a tattoo of a black crescent moon with the words "Dragons" underneath it. He also carries around a pair of sunglasses he rarely uses, but when he does, he looks epic. Whenever he uses his magic, his eyes turn a brilliant light blue.

Personality: Ace is a very kind hearted person. He usually attempts to keep others safe, even if it means harming himself in the process. Even though he prefers to keep others safe, he still will fight if provoked, which is easy thanks to his reckless nature. He will always defend his friends and family to the very end, unless they did something that he knows is wrong. He likes to adventure to wherever he deems fun or dangerous looking. His sense of humor is very strange and crazy. He

It is a powerful, yet draining, mech around 7 feet. It gets it's power from it's user's life force. It's user changes to whoever last used Oblivion in any other form.

Railgun Form- [spoiler=Railgun]

This is it's non-fatal to user form. It is powerful enough to pierce a human, but can also be rather fragile, being a mechanical gun after all.

Compact Form- [spoiler=Finally]

This one is simply a small pendant attached to the necklace he keeps on him. Although it isn't a weapon, it is still a variation of the war machine that is Oblivion

[spoiler=Exclusive Abilities] The mighty oblivion has 3 major abilities

 

1. It's ability to morph into the sentient familiar known as Ryuu, which Ace calls Draco

 

2. It's ability to pierce enemies with a powerful shock blast, charged up with the power of an alternate universe's dragons (Willingly might I add)

 

3. It's ability to manipulate it's user in it's Pendant form. [spoiler= Pendant Overdrive] This ability allows the pendant to give the user the collective ability of the other two forms, at the cost of the user's health, meaning the user will most likely become sick or feel bad after using this, even if it was an accident. Not to mention it can only be used in dire situations, such as moments of extreme danger to himself, a friend or a loved one.

 

 

Previous Owners- It's previous owners were the man who created it and the man who stole it.

[spoiler=Man Who Created Oblivion] This man was a great magician and scientist. His life work was to create a powerful being, powerful enough to destroy countries, but still docile enough to be controlled. After most of his life, he finally did this. He created Oblivion.

 

 

[spoiler=The Man Who Stole Oblivion] The man who stole Oblivion was none other that it's creator's apprentice. He had poisoned the now old man and took Oblivion, only to die to it's incredible energy consumption. This is where Ace found it.

 

 

Biography:Ace was "born" in an alternate version of Earth where magic and science existed along side each other. He was the creation a scientist trying to create the ultimate warrior. When he was finally sentient, which is where he began having memories, he was trained to be an intelligent, adaptive, powerful golem, capable of destroying armies. When he finished his training, he went out on various military operations, where conveniently he would black out and wake up, the mission having been completely and his allies having been killed during the mission. After a long time, he finally speaks with his master, who after being medicated told him everything. Ace became so infuriated, he killed his master and forcefully rewrote his memories.

 

His newer memories are of him being trained in military combat, martial arts and street combat in a special school with his master, Shun Areis, until he leaves to practice science and experiment on multiversal travel to allow communication with other beings from alternate realities. This lead to various failed experiments. After  years of this he is warped through one of his experiments to this world with different gear from his lab, including his railgun (Oblivion), his clothes, and a couple of vials of medicinal and experimental liquids.

It's mainly Personality and Appearance lines I'm worried about there. I'll add him, but make sure those two fields in this app are in par with the past two submitted previously. This one seems weaker in my opinion.
