I Hate Snatch Steal Posted February 14, 2016 Report Share Posted February 14, 2016 3 Level 5 Machine-Type monstersDuring either player's turn if there are 2 or more "Flash-Tech" monsters with different names on your side of the field and in your graveyard (combined): you can banish 1 "Flash-Tech" monster from your graveyard; xyz summon this card using 1 "Flash-Tech" monster from your side of the field or your hand and 1 Machine-Type monster from your hand as the xyz materials. If summoned this way, this card cannot attack this turn. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. Rulings for Flash-Mecha summoning effect (applies to below "Flash-Mecha" monsters as well):- You cannot summon a Flash-Mecha monster with its quick effect during the damage step (the text "except during the damage step" wouldn't fit on the card).- Monsters with effects in the style of "Star Drawing" won't activate when used from to summon a flash-mecha monster via its effect.- This summon is treated as an xyz summon 3 Level 5 Machine-Type monstersDuring either player's turn if there are 2 or more "Flash-Tech" monsters with different names on your side of the field and in your graveyard (combined): you can banish 1 "Flash-Tech" monster from your graveyard; xyz summon this card using 1 "Flash-Tech" monster from your side of the field or your hand and 1 Machine-Type monster from your hand as the xyz materials. Rulings notes:"If this card destroys a monster by battle: You can destroy 1 card your opponent controls." doesn't target (similar to odd-eyes saber dragon) 3 Level 7 Machine-Type monstersDuring either player's turn if there are 2 or more "Flash-Tech" monsters with different names on your side of the field and in your graveyard (combined): you can banish 1 "Flash-Tech" monster from your graveyard; xyz summon this card using 1 "Flash-Tech" monster from your side of the field or your hand and 2 Machine-Type monsters from your hand as the xyz materials. If summoned this way, it cannot attack this turn. If this card is xyz summoned: you can destroy 1 face-up card your opponent controls. You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls. Rulings notes:"If this card is xyz summoned: you can destroy 1 face-up card your opponent controls." doesn't target (similar to Artifact Moralltach) Once per turn: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Machine-Type monster, add it to your hand. Otherwise, place it on the bottom of your Deck. If this card is normal summoned while your opponent controls more monsters then you do: You can target 1 Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand, but you cannot Normal or Special Summon that monster, or a monster with the same name, for the rest of this turn. When this card declares an attack: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change that target's battle position.
