Self-Regulation Policy

Each time a card is added to a player's hand: they immediately discard 1 card. You can only control 1 "Self-Regulation Policy".

Was considering making it so it doesn't trigger in the draw phase but then it's just like egh. Also think the discard should maybe be made to be randomised. More of a concept than a card.

Each time a card(s) is added to a player's hand, otherwise adding 2 or more will bypass this.

It doesnt specify from where either, meaning they have to discard if they add from grave or banished pile, not sure if a card is bounced back too.

I think you should leave the draw phase out of this card scope considering its not once per turn and if the above it is how it acctually works. Many deck searches or draw to go + these days even without the DP the card is still pretty good, but punishing players for a mechanic makes it OP. If players will be on a topdecking state, the card is not different from what yata garasu does.

The concept of the card is pretty neat nevertheless, punishing a payer for going + and leave them at even or - in some cases.

Have added the restriction on the draw phase and added the thing so it now works for multiple additions simultaneously. That slipped my mind completely when originally making the card because it's so less common, danke Juano. I think as it is now is closer to what I originally conceived it as being.
