It only says she went hunting, but not for other tributes. However, we know the truth. Two kills just isn't enough for Yui now. She won't be satisfied until she kills everybody. To her, animals and tributes are all the same; just prey to be hunted down and killed.

Kyouko suicide, Kanade gets her second double-kill only to fall out of a tree . . . Everyone I've been rooting for is dead.

Kyouko obviously only killed Yui because she realized the true darkness of the Games and couldn't handle her friends having to go through it any longer. Then once they all were gone she finsihed herself off. Truly the saddest story in these games.

 

Meanwhile Noel is kind to Aoba but then gets killed. Luckily her killer had an accident.
