Another Rank-Up Magic

[spoiler=Lore:]Discard 1 card to target 1 Xyz monster you control, Special Summon 1 "CXyz" or "Number C" monster with same Type as that monster you control bu 2 Rank higher, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Special Summoned Xyz Monster's Rank can be treated as Level.

I'm fine with this, except for two things:

 

1.) It's "Rank-Up-Magic", not "Rank-Up Magic"; notice the hyphen between "Up" and "Magic".

 

2.) The last effect will introduce ruling issues as-is, and I'm not sure what its purpose is; Xiangke Magician's Pendulum Effect is the only effect that gives Xyz Monsters Levels, and it only does it in a roundabout way by treating the monster's Rank as its Level for an Xyz Summon.
