When this card is summoned while you control "Toon World": You can shuffle all banished cards into your deck, and if you do, this card gains 500 ATK this turn. If you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack directly. During your Standby Phase: You can shuffle 1 banished card into your deck; Draw 1 card. The Nyx Avatar Posted March 8, 2016 Report Share Posted March 8, 2016 I think I'd still rather use the regular Necroface; while this card shuffles a banished card for a draw, Necroface has a banish-triggering effect that banishes the top card(s) of player's Decks, which can even fuel Necroface in TCG. The second shuffle effect seems kind of redundant. And if this was made for the intention of Toon Kingdom, that's fine. But the shuffle, then draw effect seems slow in that regard, as you have to wait for your next Standby Phase, and there's no guarantee this card will survive until then.
