While this card has Xyz Material, it cannot be destroyed by card effects. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon 2 "Data Magician Tokens" (Machine-Type / EARTH / Level 4 / ATK 1500 / DEF 1500) in Attack Position. During the end of each player's turn: "Data Magician Tokens" you control gain 500 ATK and DEF, also increase their Level by 1. You can Tribute 1 "Data Magician Token" you control; Special Summon 1 Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard with a equal or lesser Level than the Tributed monster. These Tokens cannot be used as Fusion or Synchro Materials.

Tokens cannot be used as Xyz Material anyway, so I removed that part from the limitation. 

 

As a whole, it has a decent revival effect for Machine decks that can make this (so probably Geargia or something), though the Tokens SS'd by this are pretty much Tribute fodder for revival. If you can protect this card and the Tokens, you can bring out stronger stuff, but it's unlikely you'll keep said Tokens alive longer than 1-2 turns at max. 

 

Though, I guess you can also use them as shield bait if necessary (although you're still going to take damage).
