Draco Straybyrn
First off, broken. This one card makes it even worse. Banned before TCG? http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Light_Boundary
SephirothKirby
Toss a coin when this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or Special Summoned successfully. This card will gain 1 of the following effects according to the result of the coin:● Heads: By sending 2 monsters on your side of the field to the Graveyard during your End Phase, your opponent must skip 1 turn.● Tails: Your opponent adds the top card of their Graveyard to their hand during their Draw Phase of their turn. Yep. Banned before TCG.

Banned before TCG. Tails is just bad. Although, it would be interesting to see when used with spells/traps. Meh.
SephirothKirby
Wait, what? How is it worse? They get to draw AND add a card. They aren't forced to get the graveyard card instead. But, it doesn't matter. During your Standby Phase toss a coin. If the result is Tails, the effect of this card is negated until your next Standby Phase. If the result is Heads, the effect of this card is applied until your next Standby Phase. * The coin toss of an effect that activates when an "Arcana Force" monster is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or Special Summoned is not applied. Instead, select which effect to apply instead. When an "Arcana Force" monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle, increase your Life Points by half of the original ATK of the destroyed monster. Epic ban?

SephirothKirby
Well, you should've used image tags. >_> I didn't click the link. But let's talk about this one, then. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 monsters you control to the Graveyard. When this card is successfully Special Summoned, toss a coin once and depending on the result, the following effect is gained:● Head: This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. If you use this effect, this card's battle position is changed at the end of the Battle Phase. It cannot change it's battle position until the end of your next turn.● Tail: When this card is destroyed, destroy all cards on the field. ****ING SCAPEGOAT. SephirothKirby
It's the ultimate card, though. It doesn't matter if you get Heads or Tails. It's got 4,000 ATK. If you get Tails, you can attack at no cost because if it gets destroyed, you win anyway. DAD is still better because of how easy it is to get out, but when DAD is banned, this card will take the cake, IMO.

SephirothKirby
It wouldn't make The World easier to get out, but Dark Ruler, yes. And maybe I'm missing something. Could Scapegoat not work for The World? Because, from what I see, it makes them skip two turns.

SephirothKirby
I think I have it. Tokens can't actually be sent to the graveyard, right? Tributing for a Special Summon = YesSending to the Grave = No Damn. Still, Dark Ruler/The World is powerful.
CrabHelmet
SK is correct; you can't send tokens to the grave. That's why Scapegoat doesn't support The World or Arcana Force EX.
SephirothKirby
But, still, they're powerful cards. The World will just have to work around that, with things like Nimble Momonga. EDIT: Y'know, maybe The World isn't that amazing. But The Dark Ruler is still amazing in my eyes.
