Fiend's Magistrate

DARK | Level 1

Fiend / Effect

If your opponent controls more monsters than you do, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During your Main Phase 1, you can place this card in your hand in your Spell/Trap Card Zone face-up as a Continuous Spell Card OR Continuous Trap Card. When this card leaves the field you can activate one of the following effects:

-You can Special Summon up to 2 "Fiend's Magistrate" from your Deck or Graveyard.

-You can place up to 2 "Fiend's Magistrate" from your Deck in your Spell/Trap Card Zone face-up as a Continuous Spell Card OR Continuous Trap Card.

ATK: 0 | DEF: 0

What the... Hey you stole this idea from me!? How dare you!

Provide proof that you originally had the idea first (looking through your post content, I see nothing of the sort).

 

Though, keep in mind that it is not against the rules for cards to have a similar concept in design; however, it is against the rules to make an identical copy of the card (without the original creator's permission).

I don't know if Toot actually went in your thread for ideas or made a card that just so happened to function very similarly to your Beamers/Phazers in terms of application. Then again, the only part that is similar is being placed as a Continuous Spell/Trap Card; the former is already done by Crystal Beasts and some other cards (although they have to be destroyed or set first).

 

But in either way, you do realize that there is something called an Advanced Clause in this section; meaning that you must review the card with respect to its design in the actual game. I know you PMed me about the matter earlier (albeit vaguely).

Do the Sacred Beasts ring any bells at the moment?

 

Granted, they aren't seeing much use nowadays, but since this card can SS copies of itself as Cont. S/T, they'll help in getting it out Uria/Hamon (not like the latter already has CBs to do its summoning). That, and it's a Fiend-Type monster too so Raviel can certainly use it for its summoning. Though, I am iffy about its revival effect; perhaps add an OPT to it.
