Neo-Spacian Pendulum Glow Moss
Level 3 Light
Plant/Effect/Pendulum
300 Atk/ 900 def/ Scale 8
 

Pendulum Effect: Pay 1000 LP; this turn, you can Pendulum Summon your banished "Elemental HERO" and "Neo-Spacian" monsters, but you cannot Pendulum Summon other monsters.
 
Monster Effect. When this card attacks or is targeted for an attack: Your opponent draws 1 card; reveal it and apply the appropriate effect.
- Monster Card: This card gains 2000 ATK,
- Spell Card: Draw on card
- Trap Card: Each player may destroy one card on his opponents field.
 

If I may ask for some help. I need ideas for a Air Hummingbird Pendulum. I don't like to make cards too powerful and if you make it so easy to summon you'll never run out of LP.

It'll probably help if you link the other Pendulum Monster(s) this was intended to work with, so we have an idea of how this is intended to work out.

Monster Effect. When this card attacks or is targeted for an attack: Your opponent draws 1 card; reveal it and apply the appropriate effect.

- Monster Card: This card gains 2000 ATK,

- Spell Card: Change it to a direct attack.

- Trap Card: End the Battle Phase.

Well, it is useful for recovering stuff that got banished for Miracle Fusion plays and stuff (or in the off-case that your opponent has something like Dark Law pushing your stuff away). That much is good (though aside from the boosted ATK [2300 ATK isn't too bad], the other two effects are pretty much the same). Not sure if this is actually permissible in the real game, but let's assume it does.

 

Obviously the Spell effect isn't ideal, especially given how quickly combo attacks can add up in this game (and taking into consideration what certain Decks are running otherwise).

Good news.  When I was working today I had an breakthough on just what effects it should have and made some changes.

I hope the link works I am not too good with the finer points.  Also Im not too sure on what common pendulum effects they should have, Ive mostly been trying to just enhans their monster effects.
