Yogg-Saron
Figured I'd make a LIGHT Attribute based 'boss' synchro monster. Here is my shot at it. Has a fairly powerful effect at first glance, but the LIGHT Tuner synchro monsters and 2 or more non-Tuner LIGHT synchro monsters that need to go into help off balance the effectiveness. Blinding Ascension Dragon Effect1 LIGHT Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner LIGHT Synchro Monsters / If this card is Synchro Summoned: It gains 1000 ATK for each card currently in your hand. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a monster(s) would be Normal or Special Summoned, OR a Spell/Trap Card or monster effect is activated: You can discard 1 card; negate the Summon or activation, and if you do, destroy that card. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can Synchro Summon 1 Level 8 or lower LIGHT Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Given the conditions, you're essentially going to make Formula first, then whatever LIGHT Synchros you make that add up to 10. In all fairness, this card is even harder to make than even Quasar/Halberd Cannon (if it's even worth mentioning). In any case, I would rather make Quasar over this (while it would be nice to negate the summon too, hitting card effects for free once per turn is more than enough; that, and it's MUCH easier to go into). There is a good amount of LIGHT non-Tuner Synchros, but they don't go well together; at least without messing up your Deck consistency. Tuner-wise, you're stuck with Formula. Suppose the requirements are to stop stuff like the Double Librarian + Formula thing that's generally associated with Quasar, but Librarian is limited at this time (though there's probably another loop that I'm missing that can still do this, even without that additional copy). Unless you can somehow maintain a high hand advantage when summoning this, I don't see its ATK going up that much. Only good thing about it is that it can float into something like PSY-Framelord Omega, Stardust Spark or something else (that, and it's CoTH-eligible; along with whatever this card drags out). But yeah, at present, card is rather difficult (if not impossible) to get out by conventional means, considering the pool right now.
