Kirika Akatsuki
Aqua EmpressDiscard 1 to destroy 1 is alright. Quick negation is the best part of the card. 2600 ATK is solid. Overall, a nice card. Ocean CrestIt's pretty bad. "This card can be used to Ritual Summon any 1 Aqua or Fish-Type WATER Ritual Monster." completely ruins the card. Pre-Preparation of Rites can't search it. Are there any WATER Fish Ritual monsters? Are you going to make some? If you're not, there's no reason to have that part. "You must also send WATER Monsters from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard whose total Levels are equal or higher than Level of that Ritual Monster." makes the card less usuable. There's no reason for it to need WATER monsters for it's summon. "You can banish this card and WATER Monsters from your graveyard whose total Levels are equal or higher than 7; Ritual Summon 1 "Aqua Empress" from your hand, deck or graveyard." needs to have except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard. Without it, it becomes a small Rank 7 engine, or 2 effect negations. Besides that, it's a solid effect. Rewards you for using WATER monsters, and isn't dead once you use it. Pre-Preperation of rites still works with this as Aqua Empress is still listed in Ocean Crest's text and also I made it Aqua and Fish Water Monsters so I would avoid it being further support for Nekroz. Edit: made it only Water Aqua-Type now
