shadowsapex
Just had to do something about cars for April Fools Day. Cardcar CLvl 2, 400/800, EARTH, MachineDuring your End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: You can Tribute this card; add 1 "Cardcar D" from your Deck to your hand, then draw 1 card. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this effect. If you control "Cardcar D": You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only activate this effect of "Cardcar C" once per turn.
Hello my name is Enguin
You can't SS the turn you use Cardcar D. So if you SS this from the grave you can only use this or rank 2. Which, why. That part of the effect makes no sense to include.

The card is fine (Yaminekochan also made a similar card that supports Cardcars) with the addition and all, but the secondary effect seems pointless. Unless... This card is meant to counter Effect Veiler?
shadowsapex
It's for Rank 2s. You're not always going to want to waste your turn with Cardcar. Besides, Cardcar D was introduced during the Xyz era.
Trebuchet MS
It's got a pretty good engine that promises great power despite its small size, it has decent fuel efficiency albeit with that questionable requirement to link it with another car, and it handles fairly in more unusual environments despite being a 2-wheel drive. Oh, right, the card. It has its niche uses and is a little more situational than Cardcar D. It'll continuously offer the question of whether it's worth giving up a slot to tutor Cardcar D, and whether it's worth giving up Cardcar D's draw for the R2 play.
