Lulling Numbness

...This isn't even that bad. It's pretty much the same thing as Ajani Steadfast's last ability.

Taking away your own Draw Phase may not be that bad, tbh. Heck, people still run Reckless Greeds in some decks. You can still add S/T to pop it.

I can see this being used in Final Countdown decks, or even Destiny Board lol. Depending on the deck, this card can actually be devastating to the opponent who can only inflict 100 damage per attack*.

I should probably clarify there... -100 per battle. Not Battle Phase.  Probably could use different wording on my part... But, yeah.

That is a real funny idea, but considering it is a combo of 2 continuous cards that show your opponent exactly what they do through out the duel... Your opponent would more than likely try to alleviate the situation by simply topping a way to get rid of at least one of them if not both before they ever consider attacking (unless they had Bad Reaction to Simochi or Nurse Reficule the Fallen One, that encounter would be equally as hilarious).

Let it also be noted... You are giving up your Draw Phase so you are less likely to protect the combo while opponent is gaining more momentum than you in most cases. (Unless you have a some continuous Draw engine, or 1 mean lock down then it probably is scooping time)
