I tried to get more input on this card before posting it. And this was what I got.

 

 

2 Level 6 monsters
Cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 monster on the field; it loses 300 ATK and DEF, its effect is negated, and this card gains that monster's effect. When this card is removed from the field: You can banish 1 card on the field face-down.

Well, I did give my CnC on it. Since there's probably not going to be any decent Rank 6 support deck, might as well as allow a rather powerful card like this. It gives people more of an incentive to run Level 6's.

 

Theoretically, because you can target your own monsters with the stealing effect, if you steal a monster's effects that can't be targeted by an opponent's card effects (E.G. Your own Dark Destroyer if you happen to run Dog Fighters), and a ridiculous effect that boosts your ATK (E.G The Wicked Avatar), the game has pretty much ended for your opponent. 

 

But like I said, nobody runs R6 cards nowadays that have to be Xyz Summoned the old fashioned way, so having a powerful Rank 6 is fine.
