I'm just going to mention that as-is, the LP restoration/burn is really minimal and won't really help you / hurt the opponent in the long run. That in mind, I would say Atlanteans could trigger off the discards, but they have better things to do than running this.

 

Just buff the amounts up to 200 x whatever Level. It'll still be kind weak, but at least 200 LP per Level is a bit more substantial. (I would say go to 300, but after a certain point, the burn amount becomes slightly nuts [if you discard high Levels])

I don't know how much power Kirby has in-game, but right now, he's not that great.

 

With that in mind, did you intend for this to be an optional discard or you MUST do it every turn? I'm assuming the former.

SO, The EFFECTS are Optional, to make it flexible, just like a DOCTOR, don't eat TOO MUCH Medicine or you will DIE...
