You cannot Special Summon monsters, except "Cyber Dragon" monsters, the turn you use this effect. This card is treated as "Cyber Dragon" while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. During either player's turn, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck using face-up "Cyber Dragons" you control (this is treated as a Fusion Summon). You can only use each effect of "Cyber Dragon Zeta" once per turn.

- Makes OTK pushes easier by having built-in Fusion capabilities so you don't need to run stuff like Power Bond or Polymerization.

§o it makes cyber dragon decks faster at completely relying on infinity and nothing else ... sounds great ... though I like the fusion support it adds, though the first should have been a given, considering cyber dragons did turn into infinity the deck.
