DDuring either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card gains ATK equal to half the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls until the end of the 2nd turn. This card cannot attack if it gained ATK due to this effect. During the end of every 2nd turn: Discard 1 card; otherwise, the ATK gained from this effect becomes 0. Detach 1 Xyz material, negate the activation of a spell/trap.

(2) You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Negate the activation of a Spell/Trap Card.

I tried to fix the OCG as much as possible given the interpretation of the effect. I'm going to assume you wanted the effects to be optional activations.

 

In any case, it's pretty much limited to Hieratics and whatever R6 LIGHT decks that exist; the former has better options to go into. First effect is basically a power wall that basically costs you a discard if you want to keep the power bonus. The (2) effect is fine though.
