Flash Flyer - Sakura
Lightning Spell-caster When this card is destroyed by battle: Special Summon 1 Thunder-Type monster from your hand with lesser ATK than the opponent's monster that destroyed this card. If this effect is negated: Destroy all Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls. I had to adjust the effect to work by battle; by your old wording, it also implied effect removal by monsters [unless you INTENDED for this]. But otherwise, remove that last effect (although by chain link resolution, this card's effect would be negated completely and thus, it cannot trigger). Lightning Warrior This card gains 200 ATK for every Thunder-Type monster you control. When this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. Well, it's a 1800 ATK monster to start that can pierce, but otherwise it's not really much. Also, a card named Lightning Warrior already exists (it's a Level 7 Warrior Synchro); you need to change the name. Lightning Overlord 2 Level 8 monstersThis card gains 400 ATK for each Thunder-Type monster on the field and in the Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster, it must make another attack in a row. If this monster makes a 4th attack: Destroy it, then you take 500 damage. If this card destroys 2 monsters by battle: You can destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field. You are missing the Xyz Material requirement; I only added the standard 2 Level 8 thing as filler, but it's up to you to decide what. Anyway, this card is just a general beatstick for Thunders that has a forced multiple attack effect, then kills itself if you multiple strike (with burn). The only consolation is that you get non-targeting S/T removal. At present, Thunder monsters don't really have space for this. Suppose Batterymen can overlay 2 of their Industrial Strengths to make this, but they have better options in the other generic 8s. Lightning Storm Thunder-Type monsters gain 500 ATK. When a Thunder-Type monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Thunder-Type monster from your hand, otherwise Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Deck. Either get rid of the SSing from the Deck part, or restrict it to Thunder monsters only. But either way, this card essentially screams massive summon abuse if a Thunder monster gets destroyed; either via stuff like Raigeki or general battle. Thunder monsters don't have powerful bosses that can be spammed via the hand summon, but still, just change it to Level 4 or lower Thunders. At the very least, Batterymen, Watts and I suppose 'hunders could use this to maintain field advantage. Change the SS effect to once per turn and restrict the Deck summoning to Thunders only.
