How to beat Rainbow Neos?

I've been beaten by this card and there's really no way to beat it once it's out.

 

In my opinion. summoning it is fairly easy. Get 3 sage's to get a ploymerization in your hand quickly, right? Have a lot of prismas to copy Neos. All you have to wait for is Rainbow Dragon since polymerization is in your hand AND on your field.

 

Then, BAM, you have your Rainbow Neos. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

 

I think this card is OP due to it's ridiculous effects.

 

Once per turn: You can activate 1 of these effects.

● Send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard; shuffle all monsters your opponent controls into the Deck.

 

● Send 1 Spell/Trap Card you control to the Graveyard; shuffle all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls into the Deck.

 

● Send 1 card from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard; shuffle all cards in your opponent's Graveyard into the Deck.

 

How on earth can you defeat something that does all that?

My bad. I wasn't sure where to put it so I just picked this one and I REALLY wanted to know because it really made me mad when my cards kept going into my deck.
