Assembly Archtype (21/23): Come Together to Become Powerful

I think it's time I get back to making cards because my mind cant put the thought down. But before I do, i want to say something that i am doing for most likely all the archtypes i share with you guys.

I am now making my own cards arts!

Please note: These card arts belong to me and me only. No one else can use these card arts unless given the proper permission from me. If you want to use some of my art, send me a pm and let me know.

Yup, that's right. No more looking pictures off of deviant art for now. (although some archtypes I might bring back with support and using arts from deviant art, so yeah.) Now let's get to the archtype.

So this archtype was inspired off of the character Aria from the Xbox One and Windows 10 fighting game "Killer Instinct". In the game, she has three little robots that are also parts of her body that she can exchange in between the fight to give her new attacks and alter his stats in a way. This not only gave me the inspiration for the card arts, but also the way that this deck is played. This archtype is divided into three categories:
    - Assembly Particle
    - Assembly Stationary
    - A.R.C.

Assembly Particles are WIND, Level 1, Machine-Type monsters that have their effects when their on the field, but give abilities to Assembly Stationaries when they are equipped to it. However, they are not union monsters because that would be too easy, but that's just my opinion.

Assembly Stationaries are WIND, Level 8, Machine-Type monsters can can be Special Summoned from the hand by equipping Assembly Particles to the card. There must be at least 1 Assembly Particle monster on the field to Special Summon it.  However, this won't work if all Monster Card Zones are filled.

A.R.C are extra deck monsters and goes for both Particle and Stationary categories. A.R.C. Particles act the same way as normal Particles monsters would with their stand alone effects and equip effects. A.R.C. Stationaries on the other hand can snatch Particle monsters from the Graveyard and equip it to them no problem.

The rest you can probably figure out when you you see the cards and come up with advantages and synergies with other existing cards, so without further-a-do here is the Assembly Archtype!

The art would benefit from being brighter, and a bit more contrast. Drawings are decent (as someone unable to draw myself, I've got no real right to judge, this is just feedback by comparing), but it would seem to me that the background is creating a damp effect...

As you seem to be drawing in RL, try using white paper/change the lighting/ change how you take the pictures.

Yeah, these pictures are in my sketch book and I take the pictures through my phone. All Assembly Particles and Assembly Stationaries 1,2 and A.R.C dont have backgrounds. Although Startionaries 1, 2, and A.R.C. are on separate pages, the Assembly Particles are on pages together. The paper is white, but i can retake the pictures with better lighting next time. Maybe when all the card arts have been made and the set it fully published.

Keep in mind this is not the Showcase section, where comments on the pictures are acceptable.

Here, you actually have to give critique on the cards in terms of their effects.

Understood. I will make that change to the main post.

Edit: The change has been made.

I apologize for this, was not sure whether or not commenting on the pictures would be within what's allowed as the original post requested a reply to that topic. Will go over the card effects soon, once I have, this post will be edited to contain feedback on that matter.

Notes: The "Lore" of Assembly Particle 003 is identicall to 002. The text is different thought, you may want to fix that.

Feedback:

Field of Navigation seems to have an unlimmited use of its summon effect. Combined with "A.R.C. Assembly Particle - Optic Scanner"´s effect, this can result in a seriously unbalanced advantage generating loop.

Step 1) Have a stationary with Optic Scanner equiped to it on your field and 1 "Particle" Monster in your hand or graveyard.

2) Summon Optic Scanner and use its effect to

3) Summon particle monster, add stationary monster

4) summon said stationary using only Optic scanner

5) repeat

6) as long as you find yourself a way to get some of those cards to the graveyard to free up space in the monster card zone and put them back to grave...

possible byproducts: flooding the field with level 8 monsters and particles, allowing mass rank 8 summons, level 9, 10, 11, 12 synchros => 9, 10, 11, 12 xyz summons.

This was the most eye-catching issue, I'll try to look for others.

I have noticed a something similar to this whilst testing these cards on Duel Portal, except that I was never able to get Field of Navigation to pull it off. It essentially made me realize how easy it was to bring out A.R.C. Assembly Stationary. Maybe some "once pet turn" and "control only one" clauses are needed, but a ban list for this archtype is a must once I've made all the cards for this. Changes will by updated sometime today.
