Neither player can Special Summon Level 3 or lower monsters. If a Level 4 or higher monster is sent from the Deck or the field to your Graveyard: Destroy this card.

This pretty much kills stuff like BAs, Speedroids, PK Fire and the like; everything else generally doesn't care. In actuality, not really fond of this being another Vanity's clone (albeit much weaker in usage). Granted, you can still NS or something so it's not like said Level 3 and under Decks are neutered that much, but yeah.
