(It's there now) Granted, I suppose this could help in making certain Synchro or Xyz if you desperately need a monster of a certain Level to make it. One example; target a monster you control; declare 12 and then activate Galaxy Queen's Light. You want to make Magnus or some other extremely high Rank Xyz? There you go.
