Activate only if you control more monsters(min. 2) than your opponent and all monsters you control are the same type: Declare that type; As long as this card remains face-up, your opponent may not control the same number of monsters as you or more, also negate the effects of all monsters on the field that are not the same type as the declared type. You can only control 1 "Monster Monopoly." If all monsters you control are not the same type, or if you control the same number of monsters as your opponent or less, destroy this card.

So essentially a more powerful Kaiser Colosseum? It seems more unfair than the already existing card, as it is a blanket of negation to your opponent, while you remain untouched so long as you meet with the requirements.
