Flash Flyer - Sakura
You're missing the ATK/DEF, Type(s), Attribute and whether or not that effect is a monster effect or Pendulum. Use the following format if you insist on using Written Cards: NameLevel/Rank | Attribute | Type | SubtypeScales (if applicable)Pendulum Effect (If applicable)Monster Effect / Vanilla textATK/DEF

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Let's fix up the card grammar, shall we? If a "Dinomist" monster you control would be targeted or leave the field by your opponent's card effect: You can banish this card; negate that effect. -----To be honest, I really don't see how this ties into Dinomists. Granted, it certainly gives them another beatstick to work with (and some protection against common removal), but stats are way too high for a Level 5. For that matter, this card's stats are even higher than some Level 6-7 monsters. Yes, it's technically a vanilla aside from having that clause treating it as a Dinomist for whatever support they offer. (Rex and Spinos are the powerhouses, and even they don't go further than 2500 ATK). Lower its ATK to 2200 or something, and it should be fine. Conversely, you can just design them similarly to Dinomists, but make them their own thing. Oh right, and moved to the regular Casual area (if you didn't see the announcement at the top of Experimental).
