When teched in at 3 you can get 4 a game and that's without using salvage... Wow so you can do a number on any card. Maybe limit the uses to 1 a turn, or up the LP cost. While you have 3 "Snail Mailman"s in your Graveyard: You can banish 2 "Snail Mailman" in your Graveyard; Add this card to your hand.ATK 0 / DEF 400 interesting...so it delay effect rather than stop it. well it stopped effect anyway when the delayed effect it trying to resolved but it has no valid condition. a fine card to me... but if you don't mind to add just a bit of words easy-to-comprehend-caution i have this in mind: "When your opponent activates a card effect: You can discard this card from your hand and pay 500 LP; that card's effect resolves during their 2nd End Phase after activation instead. (even after that card is removed from the field). While you have 3 "Snail Mailman"s in your Graveyard: You can banish 2 "Snail Mailman" in your Graveyard; Add this card to your hand." If other factors like Chain Links or ATK scores are involved, and changed in the interim, does it also remember what it was supposed to do?
