Primordial Joker

Level 3

Light

Fiend/Effect

800/1000

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can send 1 Pyro, Aqua, Thunder, or Rock-Type monster from your deck to the graveyard; then take damage equal to its level x 200. You can only use 1 "Primordial Joker" effect per turn.

Basically it helps Gem-Knights, Monarchs (sadly), Volcanics, all Rock decks, and a handful of Rogue Decks. I just wanted a nice way to for non-light and dark decks to be able dump a few cards from the deck.

its basically a foolish burial that deals damage to you. also you have to use up a summon on it. its stats arent the best. overall, meh.

Are you kidding?

It's an unlimited mathman for specific types, except it works on Special Summon like Armageddon Knight.

It's also a Lv. 3 Fiend, so it's easy to get it to the grave to recycle it.

It's hardly meh, especially for Casual Cards.

It doesn't NEED to have amazing stats when it speeds your game up, plus it has synergy due to them.

current wording makes it mill as a cost though

Notably, it does make things miss timing as-is.

Wait, the semi-colon after the sending to grave means that that's a cost? Then this card is insane with Tour Guide from the Underworld because TGU only negates the effect. The effect can still be activated, and costs can be paid.

You say it's sad that it supports Monarchs, but give it Vassal stats. Surely change that if you don't want those interactions?

Well it's not so sad it sets up a few of the Monarchs in grave notably for mega Zaborg decks. But for the most part I'm glad I let it have Vassal stats.

This exactly why it's a cost. Even if it's effects are negated I still wanted it to be able to mill. To be able to still function.
