The Nyx Avatar Posted July 2, 2016 Report Share Posted July 2, 2016 So attempting to assist Level 1 by giving them a completely different Level/Rank altogether? I know Level 1's not the best engine (if at all), but it's halving effect is already overkill with that ATK. Not to mention it's Summon goes uninterrupted.
