You really should not be using real images for your card's pictures. But anyway, I'll review what you have now. (You need to reload the 3rd card b/c it is not working)

Marbled Sealer

Level 7 | EARTH | Rock | Effect

0/0

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned in Defense Position (from where?) by banishing 3 "Marbled Heros" [from where] and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: Destroy cards your opponent controls, up to the number of "Marbled" cards in your Graveyard. Unaffected by card effects, except "Marbled" cards. During the end of your next turn after this card was Summoned: Banish this card, then Special Summon 1 "Marbled End" (from your hand, Deck or Graveyard).

 

Like the fixes mention, WHERE are you summoning this from and WHERE are these Marbled Heros being banished from? Conversely, where are they? To be really fair, I do not approve of this being a one-sided field wipe for the opponent. Now, we don't know what the rest of these cards do, so I can't really say how abusive this effect will end up in the long run. However, this also summons an alternate win-con, which I'll critique below.

 

Marbled End

Level 12 | LIGHT | Rock | Effect

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by "Marbled Sealer" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. Unaffected by card effects. You can banish up to 30 "Marbled" cards from your hand, Deck or Graveyard, then apply the appropriate effect based on the number of cards banished by this effect.

- Exactly 30: You win the Duel.

- Less than 30: This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for every card banished by this effect.

 

So you made a boss monster that comes out of Sealed, cannot be chained to and is effectively difficult to remove outside of battle. What's more, it's effectively a win-con if you banish your entire Deck or whatever, or an annoying difficult monster to get rid of. Yeah, no; this kind of effect is not encouraged here in Custom Cards. Again, we don't know the extent of you getting stuff into the Graveyard, but it's basically a win condition.

 

Destroyed Marbled

Spell | Normal

Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or Graveyard, ignoring Summoning conditions. During the end of your turn, if you do not have another "Destroyed Marble" in your hand: Destroy the monster Special Summoned by this effect. You can only activate 1 "Destroyed Marbled" per turn.

 

Card should NOT exist or do what it currently does, especially since it enables Horakthy the Creator of Light and End; both of which cannot have their summons blocked and are both alternative win conditions. Former doesn't care about blowing up because you will have already won before it can happen; heck, even End doesn't care and because of its own blanket immunity, it won't blow itself up either.

 

Either you scrap this card completely, or completely rehaul it so it doesn't conveniently enable free alt-wins.

I'm going to also recommend you actually reading the guide to designing stuff in this section, and having an idea of the cards that do exist in this game. You have heard of The Creator of Light, right?
