Trebuchet MS
So, this also lets you keep checking your opponent's hand whenever they draw, including during the Draw Phase? If somehow kept on the field for long enough it could drag out matches until you get warned for slow play when you take your time in checking their hand. The 500 LP cost is reminiscent of Chain Energy, and adding a tax to every Summon can amount to a great annoyance. 500 LP doesn't look like much but if Eidolon of the Great Revel taught me anything, the little bits can add up dramatically if not watched carefully. A typical Extra Deck Summon involves 3 Summons at once, after which this card will get its faced punched in for being really annoying, but this means that it's already cost the opponent 1500 LP without needing to lift a finger. It's a cute little annoyance, but I doubt it can find a niche at the moment in the metagame, unless some "annoyance" Deck rears its head.

I guess I could implement a way to prevent time from running out, and maybe lower the cost to summon a monster.

Trebuchet MS
I guess I could implement a way to prevent time from running outIt's a little difficult for a card to forcibly impose a time restriction on inspection. However, I feel something like "Your opponent plays with their hand revealed" is a sufficient alternative that is less exploitable for stalling (ignoring slow play warnings)
