During either players turn: while this card has no Xyz Materials, you can use one "Cipher Dragon Knight" you control as a Xyz Material to Xyz Summon "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" from your Extra Deck. you can only activate this effect of "Cipher Dragon Knight" once that turn.
