Guest BGMCANN0N
Arach-Network[Field Spell]When this card is activated add 1 "Spider" card from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, if your opponent Summons a monster(s): you can change that monster(s) to Defense Position. When a "Spider" monster you control attacks a Defense Position monster your opponent controls: Reduce its DEF to 0, also, inflict doubled piercing battle damage to your opponent. You can only activate 1 "Arach-Network" per turn.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Going to leave an arbitrary reminder for a certain member to follow the AC now that he understands what your aim was (but a quick Yugioh Wiki search would've helped). ----Anyway, I suppose it's a cute tech for Spiders to really do stuff; for what it's worth, it enables quite a few plays for them; including Relinquished Spider's effect to blow up a field of Pendulum Summoned stuff, Informer to steal more things and set up fodder for Spyder to pierce for 3K and SS something. You can still pierce for 4600 damage off Mother Spider if you really wanted to, but yeah. Searching on its own is fine, and while this doesn't really eliminate the need for support cards to force things into Defense Position, it at lets you soften them up a bit. But yeah, without more support cards to work with, Deck isn't going to go very far without mixing in some generic Insects and whatnot. However, at least this gives them a bit of speed and ability to deal with the evolving game. (Wikia doesn't mention this, but Hunter Spider does qualify for its support, even if it doesn't do much [yeah, Spider's in katakana, so whatever card that has that string in its name is a valid target for this])
