The Nyx Avatar Posted August 3, 2016 Report Share Posted August 3, 2016 It's a cute little card that can help alter coin toss or dice roll plays, as it can be sent in a similar fashion to Yuji Usagi. All that's missing is for it to be a Tuner monster. Though, the hard "once per turn" seems a little unnecessary in this case, as there isn't too much you can accomplish with this effect that would render it abusable.
