Guest BGMCANN0N
Recurring Curse[Normal Spell]During the End Phase, while this card is in the Graveyard: The turn player discards 1 card, except a revealed "Recurring Curse", from their hand; Add this card from the Graveyard to their hand, and keep this card revealed. While this card is revealed in your hand, you cannot Set it. If you activate a card or card effect, except the card effects of "Recurring Curse", while this card is revealed in your hand: The activated effect becomes "Discard 1 'Recurring Curse' from your hand". The Nyx Avatar
So what is the point of thid card? To slow down your opponent's plays by having them add this inhibition to their hand? At least I think that's what this card can do. Is that what it does, or does it only apply to you?
Guest BGMCANN0N
It applies to either player so as long as it is one of their End Phases and they have at least 1 card in there hand that isn't the said card, but ideally you want to get it in the Graveyard during the end of your opponent's turn while they have at least 1 card in their hand. It is made to drastically slow down plays, and make players try to play around it by emptying their hand before their End Phase... Otherwise, they are stuck with a card in their hand that can render at least 1 other card useless.

Well, that is if you're not an idiot and end up sending this at the wrong time.
